Twelve-year-old Nicole Westbrook is shocked by the amount of attention her Thanksgiving Day song has received after it was posted on Youtube. Her music video video for "It's Thanksgiving" was posted online on Nov. 7 and already has over 5 million hits. The middle-school student from Lake Balboa, Calif., is more than flattered that her song has garnered this much attention so quickly. "I had no idea how big this would get," Westbrook told ABCNews.com. "It's so overwhelming but at the same time it's so great. I've never experienced this before. I haven't listened to any of the comments, so I don't know how exactly people are taking this, but it's so big right now so it's great." In the video, Westbrook starts off by counting down the days until Thanksgiving arrives, and all the other holidays that pass throughout the year. Then she starts cooking for the big day while singing about turkey and mashed potatoes. Westbrook also raps in part of the video while sitting down for a meal with her friends.
